Case is resin infused using glass laminates as per plan with a vinylester/epoxy infusion resin. Core is balsa for maximum strength, as foam core would be too weak to take the very high sideways compressive loads from daggerboard.
Comes with a composite (epoxy) pre-drilled mounting plate to mount control line sheave block.
